These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the hbaje platform ("hbaje", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing or using the hbaje website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Registration Process
Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Each person is allowed only one account — if multiple members of the same household play from the same device, you must inform us.
Please note: hbaje will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password, it's a scam — please contact us immediately.
3. Account Security
The security of your account is primarily your responsibility. While hbaje ensures platform-level technical security, safeguarding your login credentials remains your own duty.

- Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
- Avoid logging into your hbaje account over public Wi-Fi.
- Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
Suspicious Activity
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately. hbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Rules
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

- Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (a different method requires prior approval).
Fast Payouts: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
5. Betting Rules
Betting on hbaje is a form of entertainment. All bets must be placed knowingly and with your own funds. Betting with borrowed money carries significant financial risk.
Bet Acceptance Policy
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a Cash Out option is available).
- Bets are accepted before an event begins or within the designated window during live betting.
- hbaje reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Bets will be refunded in the event of a match cancellation or uncertain outcome.
Odds & Changes
Hbaje odds are subject to change based on market conditions. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. In live betting, if a discrepancy occurs due to internet delays, hbaje's decision shall be final.
Payout Calculation
Payout = Stake × Odds. hbaje uses an automated system to ensure accurate payouts. In the event of any dispute, hbaje's server logs shall serve as conclusive evidence.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Hbaje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.
General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations only.
- A specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
- hbaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Example: If a ৳ 1,000 welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ৳ 10,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
7. Prohibited Activities
Hbaje is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. Any of the following actions will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action:
- Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
- Using automated bots or software to gain an unfair betting advantage.
- Opening an account using someone else's identity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to hbaje's systems.
- Harassing or intimidating other members or staff.
- Creating an account for anyone under 18 years of age.
